To fulfill your order, you need to create an account with accurate and complete information to purchase items using this website. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please notify us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your username or password has become known to any other person, or is likely to be, in an unauthorized manner.

You will be required to pay the full value of your purchases when ordering online and the cardholder must keep a copy of transaction records, policies and rules.
To fulfill your application we ask that you fill in all the necessary fields contained in the application form to be completed with the necessary information. By submitting your order and payment details, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions which appear anywhere on the Site.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”
A refund will be available for purchases only if your entire order is not available. Please note that refunds will only be made through the original payment method.
Claims for refunds must be made within 12 hours of placing your order and there will never be any claim after 12 hours.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, please send a copy of the transfer showing the account number and the status of the transaction.
Delivery is free of charge for orders above 599 Saudi riyals inside the Kingdom and outside the Kingdom, shipping fees are calculated
The sender must provide the correct address, the recipient’s phone number and the location (the sketch) if possible. We are not responsible for any kind of compensation, if the recipient’s address or data is incorrect or does not answer the phone
In the event of an order during the holidays or seasons, the orders will be processed within 24 hours, so we advise customers to submit their orders 24 hours before the requested delivery date.
Please note that all orders are processed on demand so that we cannot provide a refund for your purchases if they are open or have been changed, or if requests were made specifically for you.
However, if you wish to postpone the delivery of your order, please give us two days' notice of the original delivery date.
If there is a quality problem or if you have received the wrong order, please contact us immediately. Describe the problem. And where possible please send us a photo, so we can serve you as much as possible.
