Terms of exchange and return

Return Policy:

 

Hello dear customer, your satisfaction matters to us!

If you want to return or exchange your order from Sahar Al Sharq store for any reason, we are ready to help you! We ask you to first read the instructions and conditions for exchange and return in the following paragraph:

- Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order. Therefore, you must submit a return request before the end of the 7-day period.

- The product must be unused or damaged, and must be in the same original condition in which you received it, noting that 25% will be deducted if the box is opened.

- You cannot return any product that has been consumed or used.

- Products will not be accepted for return if they are missing price tags, names, free items, and product accessories.

- When you receive the return receipt, you must deliver the return to the nearest branch of the shipping company.

- The amount will be refunded to your credit card if the order is paid by credit card within 6 days of receiving the product to be returned in our warehouse.

- If the payment method is chosen upon receipt, then during the return process, the refund amount will be refunded by transfer to the customer’s bank account if the payment method is chosen upon receipt within 6 days of receiving the product to be returned in our warehouse.

- If the products are not eligible for return, you will be notified through the return request you submitted in your account. We will return the products to your address and you will pay a fee of 55 Saudi riyals which will include return and reshipment fees and cash on delivery fees.

 

Cases in which the customer bears shipping costs:

The customer's failure to provide us with the information required to deliver the products to him.

If the delivery address given by the customer is wrong.

If the contact information is wrong.

Inability to reach the customer according to the shipping and delivery policy.

In the event that the shipment is not received by the customer. Sahar Al Sharqstore Store will do its best to return it to the customer, but the customer will bear the full shipping costs.
